Off Line Mode

Hi

I am  premium user and have been for a long time my query is this.

You can download songs to play offline and you activate it in settings/offline mode and it tells you that you must go online with 30 days.

This as worked fine but now the 30 days doesnt appear its just blank.

So when i switch offline mode on, the "go online within" is blank and when i turn offline mode off it dissapears as it should.

Why is my 30 days not appearing ?

It is not working on any iphone or ipad.
