Offline Limit not "resetting"

Dear Spotify,


I'm getting the message that I have reached my offline Limit on my iPhone for about 3 weeks now. Despite deleting numerous playlists and albums from my Offline Collection I still am not able to download new albums or playlists. What seems to be the problem?
