Offline mode on iPhone won't synch

Hi

I just bought premium so that I could use spotyfi offline but it won't synch. I have enought storage on my iPhone 5S and I have tried to reinstal the program and restart the phone but the arrows that sould turn green are just grey!

Under the settings tab go to the stream quality.  Select High if you are on normal. Usually it will ask if you want to re-sync the songs.  When it does select yes.
