My Question or Issue

Whenever I queue up a song on my phone, it shows up for a split second and then disappears. The song will still play, but I can not move it or see where it is in my queue. I have tried reinstalling the app, deleting the app, clearing all of the data from the app, restarting my phone, updating the app, updating my phone, and signing in and out numerous times. Nothing has worked. Please help.

Thank you for your post and for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've taken. We're happy to help.

 

In this case we recommend that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this. 

 

Does this occur on one device or multiple devices? If it occurs on multiple devices we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall on them as well. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick - it would be great if you can sign in with another account on the device/devices this occurs on - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists.


You can also try with another internet connection.
