My Question or Issue

Paguei o premium e não atualizou, não recebi o boleto porém foi cobrado no cartão que apenas essa conta possui pois criei o cartão virtual para esta compra.

Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.
 

Please note that virtual cards are not guaranteed to work for Spotify subscriptions and that they should support recurring payments.
With this in mind, in case the the payment has gone through, you should be getting a receipt in your receipts page:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Payment, select Order history.
  3. Click More details

If the payment isn't visible there but you're certain the charge has been made, you may have applied your Premium to a different account.

Tip: You get an email notification the first instance you subscribe to Premium, so you can take a look in your email inboxes for further insight as well.
Tip: You can also always reach out to your bank to get the most accurate information on what the status of your payment is.
