Pausing and skipping when phone moves

Since I updated my phone recently, my songs have been pausing/skipping every time I move my phone (when I have headphones). Anyone know how to stop this?

Hi!

I’m curious and wondering if your headphones have any special features? I use the Pioneer Rayz on my iPhone 7 and certain functions of the buds can cause my music to do similar things based on motion. This may not apply to you but thought I’d throw it in the mix. 🙂 I deleted the Rayz app and now my buds don’t “ghost” around. 

My other consideration would be always do a fresh reinstall of Spotify if you run across a glitch like this that has no root explanation. It usually can correct little troublesome issues.
