Firstly its so hard to solve my problems and get contact with you. It should be easier!

I have iphone. And in apple store the payment amount is 12,99 tl. But in network in your website, it is 13,99 tl. Also Im using spotify for 3 years and Im paying all. But it offers someone that free 3 month trial in premium! You should give your members that change I think. So Im confused that the payment variety. Please let me know if you find out anything. Thanks.

Those Premium offers are to the users who're new or that never had Premium before. It's also select in some countries so not everyone can benefit from it.

About the price, Spotify Premium is 9.99$ while if you subscribe through iTunes you'll get charged 12.99$. You can learn more here.
