Payment not taken out.

Last month I signed up for premium ( 3 months for 99¢) however, we have came to the end of this next month and no payment has been taken out. Last month $1.05 was taken out on June 20th.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to see what's going on within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.


If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
