Playing but no sound

My ipad is connected by Bluetooth to either a UE Roll or JBL Charge  the song appears to be playing. No sound from either the iPad or the connected device. Any ideas ?

I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂
