When I update the playlist description on the desktop app, it doesn't seem it pushes the update on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

A few things, first off you might need it to take some time to update and work. Second you may want to close the app and open it up again, which should be no problem. Thirdly how important is it that you can't see your description on your phone. Make sure it is saved on your computer. Close and open Spotify see if it is still there if it is then all others will see it also so not seeing on your phone not a huge problem. Hope this helps

Thank you! Turns out it simply needed some time to register to the Spotify servers before making additonal changes.
If you see the updated description from your app pc and not on your iPhone it could be a cache issue. Sadly you can't delete your cache without a jeilbreak on your phone, that an issue we all know. But you can unistall and reinstall again spotify and check if your description has been updated.
