Playlist disappeared, can't find it anymore

I created a playlist called Hebrew new. and filled it up with songs.. after couple of month of using the playlist it suddenly disappeared. 

I did find it on my phone in my "favorites". however on my computer I cant find it nor it is on my playlist that I created. 

Anyone?

You can check if the playlist has been deleted and recover it by logging into your spotify account and selecting the "Recover Playlists" section.

I can't find my Playlists at all. I get on a desktop and they're gone. I got a new phone today and now when I logged into spotify they were gone. Wondering how I can find them and get them back.
