Playlist(s) not playing, only liked songs playlist

Can Spotify please FIX this bug. I’ve looked at past posts/ Reddit posts and this has been an ongoing issue since 2022 for many. I can’t play any playlist except for my liked playlists on my iphone. When I click play nothing happens, or the song player is blank. Internet connection is stable. PLEASE FIX. On Desktop, everything works. I deleted the app, and then it worked but now it doesn't. Smart Shuffle is off

This sounds really odd, especially that the Liked Songs playlist works, but the others don't. This might be related to some damaged cache or connectivity issues so let's try to troubleshoot and see if that's the case. You mentioned deleting the app already, so we wanted to check if you've tried performing a clean reinstall and not just a normal one, since it's more thorough. Try logging out and back in a couple of times in a row afterwards as well to make sure everything's synced.

We also recommend testing out different networks to see if the issue persists - different WiFi, mobile data, hotspot from a different device, etc. Since you said this works fine on desktop, it might be a good idea to ask a friend or a relative to log in their own account on your phone to check if they experience the same thing. This way we can check if it's device-related.
