Playlist won't download

Hello,

My dad has made a playlist which we all follow and downloaded offline. However, he has done something and now it doesn't appear in his library and he can't save it offline on his phone. We still can though? Could anyone help me? I have no idea what he has done or how to fix it!!

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have he tried reinstalling his app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Does the playlist still show available on his account?

It is showing and he can play it online. It's not on his library and he can't save it there. But as i said, I still can??

It is very odd, I'd suggest you contact support so they help you with this issue, be sure to explain as you did here and they'll be able to locate the account and see what happened.
