Playlists disapeared from my old ipod 3rd gen

Spotify version 0.4.24.65 (last supported version for this OS)

My Question or Issue

Since yesterday all of a sudden my playlist page is blank.

It can still play songs fine though. However without my playlists it just isn't practical anymore.

No changes and no updates done (since they do not exist for this model).

I tried relogging, reinstalling the app, rebooting the device.

Checked on my PC where everything is normal, all playlists still there.

I even tried a different access point.

Did something change on spotify's side so that the old version doesn't work properly anymore?

I read that other people have similar problems without a solution, so I was hoping that spotify can roll back their changes? or find a solution for our problems.
