Playlists gone from iPad spotify

I'm using the latest Spotify app on my iPad but the thirty or more playlists I created over the last few years have disappeared, with just half a dozen or so remaining. Official advice suggests I accidentally deleted them. I didn't. The delete contains only those I intended. I have only one premium account but I logged out and in again anyway with no joy. Anyone know what's going. I'll be heartbroken if these have been trashed in the annoying endless updating and redesigning that seems to be the Spotify experience. Keep it simple. Make it stable.
