iPhone disconnects from WiFi when Spotify app is open

Hi there, every time when I open the spotify app on my iPhone 6 in order to sync offline-playlists, the iphone will disconnect from my Wifi and thus prevent to download offline-playlists. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Songs take too long to load

i changed from an iPhone 6s back to iPhone 4s and now the songs are taking forever to show up. I can see all my playlists fine but when I click onto them it loads for at least 15 min or freezes eventually. Please help.
