Songs take too long to load

i changed from an iPhone 6s back to iPhone 4s and now the songs are taking forever to show up. I can see all my playlists fine but when I click onto them it loads for at least 15 min or freezes eventually. Please help.

Battery and Time Status Bar - Please reinstate

Solved!! Why can't I sort playlist by last added anymore??

That last update completely wrecked my experience. I want to be able to start my playlist with the last songs I put in. Why did that option go away?? Arrgh. Now I have to use my computer instead of the ipad.
