Playlists won't play, says I need to upgrade even though I'm a premium subscriber.

My payment for this month did not originally go through. I reprocessed my payment, it went thru and I got my receipt. However, when I try to listen to any of my songs it is still saying that I need to upgrade. I've tried logging out and in, restarting my phone and I'm still having the same problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Like has been noted, there have been a few server issues today - just hang in there, and you should be up and running. You should also try and reinstall the app 🙂
