Hello team, as per the screenshots attached to this case, I feel like the "new episodes" recommendation on the home page is off.
This is particular example:
1- The feature is suggesting me an episode that I've listened already.
2- Suggesting me an episode from a podcast that I am no longer following.

Thanks for reaching out about this.
First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.
If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend to log in their account in your device to check if the issue persists using a different account?

Keep in mind that recommendations are based on your listening history.
In this case, we'd suggest you continue listening to your favorite podcasts so that the recommendations adjust to what you'd like to hear.

I know how my listing habits are taken into accounts, which is great. But I shouldn’t be recommended a podcast that I’ve unsubscribed, a podcast season that I listened to 100%, or even a single episode that I completed. Right?

Thanks for posting.
Keep in mind that the recommendations you get are based not only on your personal listening habits, but also of people with similar taste. That's why it's possible that you get a show recommended that you've unsubscribed from. You're right however that the New Episodes section shouldn't include ones that you've finished.
We recommend you log out everywhere, this in addition with the clean reinstall on your devices will prompt a resynch of your account with our servers. After that it's a good idea to listen to a couple of episodes and maybe follow a new show or to to give the suggestions a little boost. You should see an improvement in a couple of days.
