Podcasts are not showing new episodes

My Question or Issue

Since the app updatemy phone downloaded on on 7/24, new episodes of my podcasts do not appear. The blue dot appears on the home screen but the new episodes will not show up. The podcasts have new episodes on apple podcasts.
