Podcasts won’t play in app, says it can’t open link.

I have a iPhone with the he latest iOS update. When I click a link to play a podcast, it’s says can’t not download this link. And I have also noticed there isn’t a place where I can even look for podcasts. Please help

To start troubleshooting this, could you check if it happens with a specific link to a certain podcast or even with a different one? Have you also tried with logging into your account on another device and does the link load there?

We recommend making sure you have a stable internet connection and it's even worth testing with a different one if that's possible.

If the issue happens only on your iPhone then we recommend giving the app a clean reinstall as this can help resolve different issues with Spotify's performance and it also gets rid of any corrupted cached files. You can follow the steps here.

Should there be no change when trying to open podcast links after the reinstall, it'd be great if you could send us a screenshot showing the error message so we can take a look. You can attach it via the Insert Image option in the post editor.

Lastly, when it comes to searching for podcasts it would also be helpful if you could send us some more info on what exactly you mean so we can get a better understanding. Are you unable to search for podcasts within the app and what happens? Has the Podcast section disappeared from Your Library on the phone?
