Portion of my playlists do not load

Spotify,

When using your iPhone app only the bottom half of my playlists automatically load when I open with out without a network connection. The more recent playlists cannot load withot a network connection. On top of that, the more recently added playlists converted into offline playlists are no longer available offline. This is causing me to use way more data to re-download these playlists so listen on my subway commute. Help the app load all my playlists and not remove the offline playlists I already converted.

Did you ever manage to fix this issue? I am having the same issue and can't seem to find anything on this forum to answer how to fix it.
