Posting music to Instagram stories, never worked

My Question or Issue

So over the past year or so, people have been able to post music onto their Instagram stories to overlay pictures or videos when you open the sticker tab. I’ve had numerous iPhones and versions of Spotify, iOS, and Instagram. Tried logging in and out of Instagram and Spotify but only ever had the option on Instagram once, but it’s gone.

I feel as though this may be an Instagram question, but I know that sticker music operates through Spotify (I believe) just wondering if there is a way to enable it on my account been wanting to use it for ages again!
