Premium Family

So, my mom just got spotify, and got the premium family pack, and added me too it. She has her premium, but i have not recieved my e-mail to add me to her plan. I checked twice, she also did, but my e-mail adress is correct, so I have no idea what is happening.

That does not sound good at all. Have you tried the following:

 

  1. Check your junk/spam filter for the email.
  2. Wait a bit longer. It could take a few minutes for the email to come through.

I waited multiple hours, and went through my junk folder multiple times.

It is possible for you to request for the invitation code from your mum?

 

Once you have it, just redeem the code from here.
