Green arrov next to downloaded songs

I noticed that sometimes when i download songs, there is a green arrow next to the song, and sometimes not. Though in both cases the songs are available in offline mode...any reason for the difference?

Able to clear storage cache

The fact that the Spotify app is taking up GB of storage is insane and you're not being able to control it. Please, wake up Spotify and take a look at Bandcamp. Clear storage cache should be there from the start.
