Premium Not Working on iPad

Premium Not Working on iPad

I just upgraded to Premium and it won't work on my iPad. When I try to stream on demand it says "you must be premium to stream on demand." I have thrown out my Facebook App and reloaded app over and over -- even logged out/in/out/in using user name (which is horrible string of numbers I can't change). Premium Services work in my iMac, but not on my iPad or iPhone. Please help!

I'm having the same issue as everybody else. This is the problem with cloud technology these days no real support. My message is saying that Im not online to play. I can't play offline. However Im connected to wireless. I turned the IPad off and then on again. My lap top works fine. I even disconnected my lap top thinking the bug was due to instances. Clearly Spotify is not seeing the wireless connection for some reason. The device should not matter and Im not trying to use Spotify as I would my ITunes or Windows Media player. I know I have to be online just like IHeart Radio or Pandora and all of these apps are detecting the wireless connection just fine. I hope to see a response about this issue that is being widely reported. If u put a product out there it should work. And why would I loose my playlists if I reinstall if this is truly a cloud based app?? That defeats the purpose of the product does it not?.

Doesn't work for me as well. Just got Premium via a Code and my iPad doesn't recognises it. Rebooted, logged out and in again and used the same account. Could you check it? Thanks. 🙂

Hi, I have a premium spotify account and for a month or so, all was well.Then, there were hick ups with the streaming and now, the app just gives a blank screen!

I deleted it and reinstalled it, but nothing helps!

Please help me!
