Premium account not working on iPhone 5

Premium account not working on iPhone 5

I just recently downloaded Spotify Premium on my Macbook which works perfectly fine. But when I downloaded the app on my iPhone 5, Spotify does not recognize the Premium account that I have on my Macbook. I have re-installed the app on my iPhone several times and issue has not been resolved. I read some reviews that Spotify servers can run slow on iPads and iPhones. Do I just wait it out and hope that the issue is resolved or is there a more proactive approach?

 

Please help me resolve this issue so I can use Spotify on my iPhone. If this issue is not resolved than there really is no point for me to use Spotify therefore I will cancel my membership. Let me know what you think.

Same problem here, I can synchronize my playlists but I cant activate extreme quality on my iPhone 5! In my pc works fine.
