Why will my ipad 2 not recognise me as a premium member  - I cannot listen to anything!!

Hi Captain140- Currently your 'captain140' account is on our Unlimited subscription. 

 

In order to use Spotify on a supported mobile device a Premium subscription is required. You can upgrade quite easily from your subscription page: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/
