Premium membership not working on iPhone or iPad (iOS)

Hello, I am a premium subscriber, unable to stream music from my mobile devices. I receive a message that states "Only premium users can stream ondemand." how can I fix this?

Hey!

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

It sounds like you might have created a duplicate account by accident.

Are you sure you are using the same sign in details on mobile as you are on the desktop? 

Also if you sign into your account on the spotify website, does it show you have a premium subscription?
