Sync local files

I´ve made some playlists on my computer and subscribe to some other. All of these I have succesfully synced to my iPhone.

Some of the tracks in my playlists I´ve added myself. These I see in "local files" as I should. But those songs I can´t listen to on the phone. When I click them, I first got the message to use the same wifi as the computer to sync, which I did. They now have the little green arrow in front of the songs but I still can´t play them.

When I open the folder "local files" on my phone I can´t change the "available offline"-thing. I make it green, go back to all my playlists but nothing happens. If I enter that folder again, it´s grey. Why?

When I open Spotify on my computer (Win 7 Home Edition) I see my phone under "devices". I see all the playlists and the check boxes. The "local files" is checked but it also says "pending".

Pls help me if you can 🙂
