Premium on iPad

Premium on iPad

I am subscribed to Premium and I can normally use it on both my iPhone 12 and MacBook Air however it does not seem to work properly on my iPad Air: I am able to choose the song to play but by doing so it disables shuffle play which means that I can’t pick a song and let the rest play in shuffle. Is it supposed to work like this or am I having an issue? Thank you.

That doesn't sound right. Let's get to the bottom of this.

 

First up, could you try restarting your device? I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. If that didn't do the trick, please try performing a quick clean reinstallation of the app by following these steps.
