Premium upgrade problem

Premium upgrade problem



At first I used my 30-day Premium trial on my iPhone and after the trial I purchased the upgrade to Premium. The receipt of the purchase was sent to my email but I'm still unable to use the premium services.


I need help with this problem as soon as possible because my 30-day premium has been charged and unable to use.

Same situation. How to solve?

There does appear to be a delay this afternoon in relation to premium upgrades taking a little longer than they should to get going, its discussed on the last few pages of this topic

Should hopefully sort itself out shortly.
