My Question or Issue
Recently I purchased the second generation AirPods. From the beginning I noticed problems with the double tap method since it rarely switch track. On top of that, sometimes when I remove one of the AirPods, the music doesn't stop or when I put them on, the music just doesn't keep playing. I was wondering if anybody has the same problem or know how to solve it.

That's odd. Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, please let me know your device name, app, and software version (the exact iOS version).

Could you try disconnecting, then reconnecting your AirPods following these steps? If that doesn't help, please let me know and I'll take a look even closer.

I already tried to disconnect the AirPods after contacting the Support of Apple but did not work.

Could you confirm that you've tried this with another media app (e.g. YouTube) and that it works normally without any of the glitches you've experienced with Spotify?

Also, have you heard similar complaints from their friends using AirPods 2, since there aren't any issues on this here on the community or anywhere else?
