Problem with an mobile app, can't log in

I removed from Russia to Germany, my premium duo subscription was expired, I changed in profile country to Germany and after joined to family premium subscription. On web site and laptop version of app everything is working, but when I'm trying to log in in mobile version (ios) I can't, it says that I can use Spotify abroad 14 days, and I need to update location. But I already did it before join to subscription, and as I said, on laptop version everything is good, how to solve the problem with mobile app?

Could you try a quick clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.


If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

 

Also, try to use the Sign Out Everywhere option from your Spotify account page.

Make sure you are signing in to the account you are subscribed.

I'll see what I can suggest next!
