Hello. I have a problem with downloading local files. Files are in computer, but on my IPad they can't download. I tried all tips from the Spotify site. Can you help me?

Can you check the info over here? Also, could you let us know what operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

 

On the other hand, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

Oh yes, sure.

My mobile's operation system is IPad Mini 4. 

And my laptop  is Windows 10.

On my tablet Spotify has version: 8.3.0.896.

And on my computer: 1.0.53.758.gde3fc4b2

All devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and they are at the same account.
