Problems with free shuffle play on iphone

Hi,

I've recently downloaded spotify on my iphone, however I'm having troble getting any music to play. It's my understanding that with the free version you can steam any music using the 'shuffle play button', however no matter what artist, playlist ect i choose, when i click onthe 'shuffle play' button a box appears say 'song not synced'. Any solutions?

That's absurd.

Make sure you have the Spotify iOS client updated to the latest version, try to follow this steps:


Click into your Spotify App -> Logout from Spotify (Spotify app Settings -> Logout) -> Go to iPhone Settings, General, Usage and Delete the app -> Go to App Store and download the Spotify app again.

Also clear off Safari’s Cache under iPhone/iPad Settings > Safari and Clear all of the caches.
