Purchased Spotify premium won't work

I purchased Spotify premium but it still says that it's free and won't let me use any premium features

First, try signing out of the app, and then sign back in.


If you are still having trouble,

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:


If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
