RAV4 volume at max when Spotify comes on.

My Question or Issue

We bought a 2024 RAV4 XLE last year and ever since we got it the RAV's volume is at MAX when my Spotify opens up.   It doesn't happen all the time and I can't seem to reproduce it but when it happens I don't know if you know but instant volume at MAX is enough to give you a heart attack.   Of course any other way I listen to Spotify from my phone connected to whatever devices or IEM or just through the phone's speaker.  I never have it more than half volume(and that's when it's party time).   So why in the world is the RAV deciding that volume is MAX.    Not at 15 or 25 or 40 but MAX.   Would this have anything to do with SPOTIFY?

That's an odd behavior since the volume should be at a moderate level all the time. So to start investigating this, would you mind checking if it happens with other streaming apps such as YouTube or Apple Music (if possible)?

Also, would you mind confirming if you're playing the tracks directly from your RAV4 XLE stereo when the max volume kicks in? If so, would you mind checking if it also happens if you connect your phone to your car via Bluetooth, AUX or Wi-Fi?

Lastly, could you confirm if this happens when playing the songs directly from your phone or a different device?
