My Question or Issue

My Spotify app randomly starts playing music without opening the app on my iPhone. I would be reading a message and the last last song I listened to starts playing. And the app isn’t even active or operational. This is creepy and scary

Just to check, does this only occur on your iPhone? Or are you experiencing the same thing on other devices as well?

If this behavior persists, however, would you mind letting us know if you are connected to any Bluetooth device when this happens? For example, this could be a pair of headphones or a speaker.
