Re-install spotify on iphone

My premium spotify account has been acting very sketchy in offline mode; sometimes works but more often doesn't. I got a new iphone and thought that deleting it from my phone and re-installing it on my phone would help. However, I can't install it without selecting an option (like Premium) that I already have. 

If I can't solve this quickly, how do I delete my account? Surely sometthing out there has fewer headaches than this.

Any help would be most appreciated.
