Screen recording on iPhone

I recently got the iOS 11 update, but I found a problem. When I do the screen recording option, most of the time it does not record the music that I am listening to. Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve tried different ways to play the music/record the screen, but nothing is working. I noticed that it plays when Spotify does not pause the song automatically, but I can’t figure out why it does that and why it doesn’t.

i also having trouble of Screen Recording not working issue my iPhone - but i tried given Fixes and easily get rid of on issue.

     ( turn off bluetooth, GPS service)

-unplug your iDevice if even in charging mode
