Search feature not working

My Question or Issue

I experience an intermintent issue where the search feature on the Spotify app on my iPhone does not work and it just has the buffering logo. I will usually proceed to restart the Spotify app and occasionally it will work but sometimes I still experience the same issue. I have never had a problem with the search function on the Spotify app on my 2017 Macbook pro.
