My Question or Issue

i have just switched from af bluetooth speaker (B&O A2) to a speaker that have airplay (B&O M5). I had no problems with spotify when i used it via the bluetooth speaker.

 

But now my playlists starts to show the wrong songs after a while. and i can't get it to stop, even if i shut the app down or turn off the phone. Though i have discovered that by switching shuffleplay off and switching to the next song. Spotify starts showing the right songs again, for a while.

 

Spotify never starts with this fault/bug. It always starts after af while.

 

is it a problem with spotify or my device?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Try to use another account if possible in your iPhone and see if that helps. Also if you can try signing in to another iPhone with your account and connect to the speaker to see if the issue perists there as well.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
