Shuffle not working in Car

My Question or Issue

There was a previous topic on this issue from last year, of which I was affected as well:

A Spotify update eventually fixed it.

As of today's Spotify update, this bug has returned. Shuffle and repeat do not work while playing music in the car via bluetooth.

Do you remember which issue solved your problem last year?

It was the Spotify update pushed to me on 03/30/2018 that solved this problem.
