Hi,

 

It looks like you are using Spotify in a different country to the one in the profile.  It is currently set as being in the UK.  If you would like us to change it for you, please send a support mail using this link.  We will need the date of birth and postal code on the account for security and will also need the new country and postal/zip (if applicable) of your new location.
