Smart mix button doesn't work as desired

Spotify smart mix doesn't work the way I want. When I enter and exit the application, I have to open the smart mix again. When I try with another account, there is no problem, but I think there is a problem with my account.I would appreciate it if you could help.

Sounds like you're referring to the Smart Shuffle feature, am I correct? In that case, its state should be remembered by the app for each individual playlist.

Since it doesn't, this might be related to an issue with cache, so try clearing the app's cache by following the steps in this article. You can also try logging out and signing back in to your main account twice in a row - this will trigger an internal refresh that may help here.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app.
