Some songs not syncing

Hello all,

I have playlists where a few songs won't play on iOS (iPhone 4S, iOS 7 latest version). I've tried everything in this post:

...to no avail. I own the songs that aren't syncing.

Any thoughts?

It coulld be a format which isn't supported or the tracks mat be DRM protected?

The songs are MP3, and I believe wouldn't have any restriction. One was purchased from the ITunes store, so maybe I'm wrong. Seems like it should sync though.

(Thanks for the reply)

Does your device show up under "Devices" in the desktop client when you are trying to sync those tracks?

It does, though now I wonder if I don't have enough space on my hard drive. If the song is already on my phone (in iTunes), do I still need to have separate storage for it for Spotify? Forgive my ignorance...

Yes, Spotify will sync those tracks into its own cache storage even if they are already synched via iTunes.

In general, Spotify recommend you have at least 1GB of available free space on a device before trying to sync.
