NEXT STEP

Someone is using my account and I can’t disconnect them.

Someone is using my account and I can’t disconnect them.

Something weird is happening. I’m using spotify and it randomly skips songs, starts playing songs I have never heard og, and there is a Chrome Web Player always available to play music on, even though I’ve changed password twice and disconnected everywhere 3 times...

 

I can’t listen to my music anymore...

Sorry to hear! Did you try the very last step here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/privacy/someone-has-gained-access-to-my-account/? If you're still having trouble, you can:

'Go to our contact form and select Logging in > I can't log in to Spotify > I STILL NEED HELP.'

The team then take all the necessary and precautionary steps to secure your account and return access to you.
