Just like the title suggests, the application wont let me go to the song radio

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Sorry for the late reply - I just came by this post.

Spotify's constantly testing and launching improvements and new features. This means you might see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature to try temporarily.

While the option to start a Radio from the three dots menu seems to be unavailable to you at the moment, you can still access the feature from Search > Radio.
