Songs Not Available After Saving

Hi! A couple nights ago I used Spotify on my computer (Dell) for the first time and saved an album-- Blue Neighbourhood Deluxe Edition by Troye Sivan. The next morning, I opened my iPhone to try and play it and only four of the tracks were playable. The rest were greyed out and said that they weren't available. However, they played on my computer. I tried some troubleshooting and none of it worked. Eventually, I just reinstalled Spotify on my computer hoping that it would fix it, but when I reopened it none of the tracks would play on my computer either. The album doesn't even show up when I search it, I have to go into my recently played. If I try and open it by looking it up on Google, it shows me the album cover, title, etc. but none of the songs at all. None of the troubleshooting options I've found have fixed it and I'd really like to figure out what's going on because it's one of my favorites. I live in the US, so it should be available in this country.
